ectoto reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend or restrict Account functionality, including the ability to make deposits or withdraw Funds, until satisfactory verification is completed. ectoto accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and other supported banks) and e-wallet services (including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja). All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

You may only deposit Funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless the event is rescheduled and completed within a specified time frame (typically 48 hours), as detailed in the specific sport rules.
